Supplying an impressive 7.2kw to the blades and rear wheels is a 432cc STIGA ST 450 engine for low-emission operation and excellent fuel-economy; and an electric key ignition-system for rapid, reliable starting every single time.
The highly manoeuvrable AT4 98 HA benefits from a foot-pedal-controlled hydrostatic transmission; a premium feature that gives the driver smooth, car-like ground-speed control with no need to stop and manually change gear. Both collection- and mulch-capable, and offering seven pre-set cutting-height positions, the AT4 98 HA is an adaptable machine that can be set-up to perform effectively on a wide variety of grass-types (mulch-kit optional).
Powerful headlights will enable you to keep going well into the evening, if necessary; while electromagnetic PTO engagement means you can start and stop the blades at the simple push of a button.
A delight to drive, the AT4 98 HA has an LED dashboard display and combines an Alpina Ergonomic steering wheel with an Alpina Smart low-back seat. Also featured is an audible warning alarm that alerts you when the 240-litre collector has reached capacity.
